Transportation Infrastructure PM - NEPA/PD&E

Responsibilities

• Utilize experience to assist with pursuit strategies
• Identify and prioritize key project pursuits
• Lead efforts in proposals, interviews, and presentations
• Develop and refine project scopes
• Negotiate contracts and manage project parameters
• Collaborate with internal and external teams during project delivery
• Facilitate progress meetings and updates

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in the NEPA process and associated disciplines
• Experience with highway/bridge projects, preferably with Florida DOT
• Strong organizational skills to manage environmental tasks/projects
• Team-focused with leadership capabilities
• Proficient in building client relationships and partnerships
