IT Infrastructure PM

Responsibilities

• Work with the infrastructure team to ensure work is getting done and things are filled out, then follow up as needed
• Function as overseer
• Facilitate life cycle management
• Manage exp and priorities across complex stakeholder needs
• Manage the SOWs
• Engage with all app owners to make sure all the data is up to date

Qualifications

• Knowledge how to submit a ticket (Service Now)
• Very strong soft skills
• Strong leadership skills, ability to lead with authority, and take charge
• Experience with SAP Cloud, Atlassian, Mulesoft, Okta, Active Directory, MS 365

Pay

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.
