Responsibilities
- Align practice objectives with corporate strategies and set annual goals
- Expand service offerings through innovative technological partnerships and client development
- Oversee practice revenue, profitability, and talent development through effective team management
- Serve as a primary client manager for strategic accounts, ensuring satisfaction and project quality
- Manage large Transportation Geospatial projects when necessary, using specialized skills
- Monitor project health and KPIs to ensure operational excellence and compliance with standards
- Collaborate across markets to identify opportunities for integrated solutions and cross-selling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field; PLS license preferred
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Land Surveying and project management
- Deep understanding of survey and geospatial principles, particularly in transportation design applications
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects
- Strong leadership skills fostering collaboration and trust within teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially for client and corporate interactions
- Strong business acumen, particularly in sales forecasting and market strategy
Pay
$165,000 – $206,200 annually
