Responsibilities Manage transportation and civil engineering projects from design through completionCoordinate project schedules, budgets, and technical deliverablesServe as the primary point of contact for clients and public agenciesLead and mentor engineering and drafting staffOversee preparation of construction plans, specifications, and reportsAssist with permitting and regulatory coordinationProvide support during bidding and construction phasesEnsure quality control and adherence to project deadlines Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering4+ years of relevant civil engineering experienceBackground in transportation, roadway, or site development projectsProficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyOrganized, dependable, and team-orientedPE license a plus Preferred Experience KDOT project experienceFamiliarity with MicroStation or other civil engineering design software
