Transportation Driver (CNA)
About the role
We are seeking a Transportation Aide (CNA) who is patient, employee-focused, a team builder, and enthusiastic about contributing to a positive facility culture. The primary responsibility is to provide direct nursing care to residents according to established policies and procedures while maintaining the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of living areas
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and grooming
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to healthcare providers
- Ensure residents are comfortable and safe during transportation
- Document all care activities accurately and timely
Requirements
- Current Driver's License
- Pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be insurable
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Qualifications
- Pass a background check
- Must have a valid Social Security number
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
- Good organizational and time management skills
