Transportation Driver (CNA)

Responsibilities

• Transports residents, staff, volunteers, and others to scheduled events.
• Collaborates with appropriate staff members to coordinate transportation services.
• Aids residents in and out of the vehicle, adhering to safety procedures.
• Operates mechanical lifts as needed for wheelchair-bound patients.
• Leaves the center with residents, ensuring they have all necessary paperwork and addressing any inappropriate appearances.
• Fulfills residents' rights and follows center safety protocols.
• Maintains vehicle supplies and equipment, reporting any issues to the Transportation Coordinator and Administrator.
• Reports any issues or problems to the Transportation Coordinator and Administrator.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Required valid certification as a CNA in the state of Oklahoma.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Valid State Insurance and License with no marks on their driving record.
• Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
