Responsibilities
- Transport residents to and from appointments in a safe and timely manner
- Provide direct nursing care to residents according to established policies and procedures
- Ensure the highest degree of quality care is always maintained
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless transitions and excellent resident care
