Transportation Driver

Job Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from scheduled appointments and outings
• Aid in the transportation of new admissions as needed
• Maintain accurate transportation logs, including mileage and trip records
• Cookordination of weekly transportation schedules with nursing staff
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Education and Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving record
