TRANSPORTATION DRIVER

Responsibilities

• Coordinates safe transportation of hospitalized patients to and from their residences/appointments.
• Provides assistance to mental health services staff for patient care activities.
• Transports patients to and from the facility site.
• Aids other staff in patient chart production.
• Provides meal provision.
• Answers telephones.
• Supervises patients during staff break periods.
• Communicates any problematic or clinical issues to staff during supervision or transportation of patients.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE A CLEAR DRIVING HISTORY

Education

• High School Diploma

Licenses

• Current Motor Vehicle License with clean MVR

Experience

• Prior to 1-2 Years transporting patients in a 10-12 passenger van
