Transportation Delivery Operations Supervisor, 3rd Shift

Job Summary

The Delivery Operations Supervisor will lead the team in ensuring the timely and complete delivery of all orders. Responsibilities include preparing and planning strategies to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals, collaborating with senior management, and fostering a safe work environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the team in meeting operational excellence and overall facility success
• Work closely with senior management to achieve performance goals related to productivity, accuracy, and budget
• Make recommendations and improvements to department processes and procedures
• Participate in the hiring, training, and coaching of associates
• Evaluate department performance using operational reports and ensure expectations are met
• Ensure safe work practices and foster a safety culture

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of transportation experience
• Valid drivers' license with a safe driving record
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
• Obtain a 6-month DOT medical card specific to the role
• Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, or carry product up to 70 pounds by hand
• At least 21 years of age
