Responsibilities
- Coordinate guest transportation to and from the airport, local hotels, and other designated locations.
- Communicate with guests regarding travel itineraries, flight changes, arrival updates, and transportation arrangements.
- Partner with Guest Services and Front Office teams to ensure accurate and timely guest transportation planning.
- Maintain regular communication with drivers regarding schedule changes, guest requests, and operational updates.
- Provide backup on-property transportation support when needed.
Scheduling & Logistics Management
- Create, maintain, and update daily transportation manifests and schedules.
- Track guest arrivals, departures, transportation requests, and driver assignments.
- Communicate schedule updates promptly to operational departments and transportation teams.
- Cookordination transportation resources to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor transportation activities and adjust plans as needed to accommodate changing guest needs.
Guest Service & Transportation Operations
- Welcome arriving guests at airports, hotels, and designated pickup locations with professionalism and hospitality.
- Provide transportation for guests as assigned by leadership.
- Assist with valet parking services and vehicle handling when required.
- Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and creating positive first and last impressions.
- Address guest questions and concerns while ensuring accurate and timely information is provided.
Operational Support & Communication
- Maintain daily logs for luggage handling, guest deliveries, room changes, transportation requests, and special services.
- Assist with PBX coverage and incoming calls when needed, including dispatching Housekeeping and Engineering for guest requests.
- Cookordination with outsourced transportation providers to ensure service expectations and scheduling requirements are met.
- Monitor radio communications and transportation activity to support efficient operations.
- Respond promptly to urgent transportation requests and communicate critical updates to leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, guest services, transportation coordination, front office operations, or a related field.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform the physical requirements of the position.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, resort operations, guest services, transportation coordination, or front office operations.
- Experience with hotel property management systems, preferably Opera.
- Experience coordinating schedules, manifests, or transportation logistics.
- Bilingual language skills.
- Experience working with third-party transportation providers or shuttle operations.
Pay
The pay rate for this position starts at $23.56/hour. The wage for this role may take into account factors for compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure or certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
