Transportation Coordinator

About the role

Masters Academy International is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to manage the strategic logistics and daily execution of the academy's complex school transportation system. This role oversees daily student routing, specialized transport, and intricate athletic team travel schedules.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the daily logistics and scheduling for all school transit, including routine student routes and complex athletic team travel.
• Balances office-based operations—such as route optimization, safety compliance, and driver scheduling—with hands-on execution, regularly stepping behind the wheel as an active driver to ensure our community moves safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent) required; Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience designing, implementing, and optimizing complex logistics, scheduling matrices, or multi-tiered routing systems (such as school transit or multi-sport athletic travel).
• Credentials: Must possess a valid driver's license with an impeccable driving record, demonstrating a history of safe and professional vehicle operation; CDL preferred.
• Expertise: Ability and willingness to manage office-based operational logistics while simultaneously serving as an active, hands-on driver for daily routes and school events.
• Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, safety standards, and vehicle compliance protocols.

Pay
