Transportation Coordinator LIFE VM

About the Role

Within the context of the Interdisciplinary Team setting, the Transportation Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the transportation needs for the participants of the program. This includes round-trip transportation from the participant's home to the day center as well as to various medically related appointments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate round-trip transportation for program participants, including trips from home to the day center and medically related appointments.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (required)
• Associates Degree (preferred)
• Valid New York State Driver’s License
• One year of experience in resource scheduling (e.g., staff/equipment) and personnel management (preferred)
• One year of experience working with the frail elderly (required)

Schedule

Per Diem position with a work schedule of Days, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Working Conditions

• Normal heat, light, space, and safe working environment typical of most office jobs
• Local travel is required
