Responsibilities

• Corporate leadership in technology innovation and growth
• Overseeing fleet and facilities
• Providing technical guidance and leadership to project teams

• Leading successful sales cycles from start to finish
• Ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations
• Assessing the potential environmental impacts of proposed projects and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Driving financial performance, managing risks, and supporting strategic growth objectives
• Leading major contracts, including the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Engineering Support Services Contract
• Successfully delivering Design-Build projects such as the I-395 Express Lanes Project and the I-95 Express Lanes and I-460 Improvements Project

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master of Arts in Linguistics and an Associate of Science in Computer Hardware Engineering from Tehran University
• Master of Science in Information Technology at George Mason University
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE)
• PMP candidate
• Registered Professional Engineer in multiple states
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• Certified Planner with AICP designation
• Passionate about environmental compliance and sustainability
• Experience in project management and infrastructure development
• Strong background in finance and accounting
• Knowledgeable in cybersecurity and cloud computing
