Requirements

• Master of Science in Information Technology
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE)
• PMP candidate
• Registered Professional Engineer in multiple states
• Certified Planner with AICP designation
• Experience in project management and infrastructure development
• Knowledge of construction and civil engineering principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Human Resource Management
• Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification
• Experience in human resource management and strategic planning
• Knowledge of financial management and accounting principles
• Experience in government contracting compliance
• Experience in environmental compliance and project controls
• Experience in project management and infrastructure development
