Transportation Compliance Specialist

About the role

Responsible for ensuring compliance with all transportation regulations and policies. Conduct audits, maintain records, and provide training to employees.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of transportation operations to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities and incidents.
• Provide training and education to employees on transportation safety and compliance procedures.
• Respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies and respond to complaints related to transportation issues.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance transportation compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation compliance or related field.
• Knowledge of federal and state transportation regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with data management systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
