Transportation Aide (CNA)

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, hospital visits, therapy sessions, and other authorized destinations.
• Aid residents in and out of vehicles, ensuring proper use of safety belts, lifts, and other mobility aids.
• Maintain communication with nursing staff, facility scheduler, and appointment offices to coordinate transport times and updates.

Requirements

• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.
