Transport Coordinator - Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and timely patient transfers within and between facilities.
• Assess clinical needs and coordinate ground or air transport.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and dispatch teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Monitor patient status during handoff and maintain accurate documentation.
• Follow evidence-based protocols for patient transfers.

Qualifications & Skills
