About the role

The Registered Nurse Transport Coordinator assists in developing transport protocols, training, and process improvements within a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Cook up and participate in education for transport team members
• Coordinate stabilization and emergency care of neonates and infants during transport in collaboration with medical staff
• Ensure care aligns with hospital policies, state laws, and industry guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field
• Valid RN license
• Certifications including BCLS, ACLS, STABLE, NRP, and transport-specific credentials
• Minimum of 3 years RN experience in high-risk obstetrics
