About the Business Division

This role is part of MED PLANET, a Lyon-based fieldwork agency and a wholly owned subsidiary of M3 Inc. MED PLANET specializes in data-collection services for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, conducting both qualitative and quantitative market research in France. It also provides high-quality translations and transcription for healthcare fieldwork projects for the M3MR group.

About the Role

As a Project Manager in our translations department, you will manage several language-related projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, meet quality expectations, and stay within scope. You will facilitate effective communication to clarify project scope and expectations for both internal teams and clients, keeping clients informed of progress and status.

Responsibilities

  • Support in planning, execution, and monitoring of several language-related projects simultaneously using project management tools to ensure timely and within-scope delivery.
  • Support in maintaining and creating project schedules and timelines, ensuring alignment with SLAs and client requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, challenges, and successes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and communications, using document management software such as SharePoint.
  • Prepare quotes and invoices using project management and accounting software to ensure revenue generation and business goals are met.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures in project management to maintain high-quality language services.
  • Identify errors and areas of improvement, reporting them to relevant stakeholders as needed.
  • Support during meetings, document discussions, and distribute minutes/actions to the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, management, or language studies.
  • 2 or more years of experience in managing localization projects.
  • Essential fluency in English; an additional language would be advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet client needs and business objectives.
