Responsibilities
- Supporting the implementation of rigorous curriculum and academic achievement initiatives.
- Engaging in social-emotional development programs aligned with Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS).
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Assisting in the development and execution of district-wide initiatives aimed at improving educational standards and student readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Experience working in a school or educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Passion for education and commitment to student success.
Qualifications
- Valid teaching credential or equivalent certification.
- Knowledge of educational policies and procedures.
