Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation of rigorous curriculum and academic achievement initiatives.
• Engaging in social-emotional development programs aligned with Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS).
• Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Assisting in the development and execution of district-wide initiatives aimed at improving educational standards and student readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Experience working in a school or educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Passion for education and commitment to student success.

Qualifications

• Valid teaching credential or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of educational policies and procedures.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
