Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Manage project budgets and resources to meet project milestones and deadlines.
  • Oversee project timelines, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to maintain project visibility and alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Experience with construction project planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Knowledge of construction contracts, bidding processes, and contract administration.
  • Understanding of construction safety protocols and quality assurance practices.
  • Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.

Skills

  • Project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Construction industry knowledge and best practices.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Technical writing and presentation skills.

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
