Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage project budgets and resources to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Oversee project timelines, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to maintain project visibility and alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Experience with construction project planning, execution, and closeout.
- Knowledge of construction contracts, bidding processes, and contract administration.
- Understanding of construction safety protocols and quality assurance practices.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
