About the role
The Project Manager at Conductor Power plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the successful execution of projects from conception to completion. This role requires coordination with internal teams, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies, while also managing risks, resources, and compliance to drive the transition towards a cleaner and more sustainable energy future.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute projects - Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver successful outcomes on time and within budget.
- Oversee construction and quality - Supervise daily site operations, enforce quality standards, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
- Drive high-performing teams - Motivate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Manage risks and resources - Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, optimize costs, and maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate and innovate - Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and industry partners while sharing lessons learned and promoting continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in engineering, renewable energy, or related field; 1-3 years project management experience (renewable energy preferred); PMP a plus.
- Strong knowledge of construction, codes, and renewable energy technologies; solar experience a plus.
- Skilled in project management tools, multitasking, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to navigate job sites, lift up to 50 lbs, and hold a valid driver’s license.
