Transformation Strategy Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of workstreams with limited support
• Flexibly solve problems across quantitative, qualitative, and design tasks
• Deliver high-quality, data-backed deliverables
• Translate insights into effective written presentations
• Develop trust-based relationships with business partners
• Demonstrate a growth mindset by seeking and applying feedback
• Manage large-scale transformational change programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience or Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH) with 2+ years in management consulting or healthcare industry
• Demonstrable capabilities in quantitative analysis, research, and stakeholder management
• Experience in structuring problems and developing business recommendations
• Proficiency in executive communications using PowerPoint or Word
• Experience in supporting complex or cross-functional workstreams and exposure to stakeholder-driven environments

Pay

$104,400 – $143,600 annually
