Transformation Consultant

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track in a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Engage C-suite for AI-led transformation discussions
• Define enterprise-wide AI transformation roadmaps connected to business outcomes
• Structure business challenges into actionable problem statements and recommendations
• Assess the impact of AI and automation on client's organizational processes
• Lead strategies for migrating to cloud-based environments
• Design and implement enterprise-level change management programs
• Develop transformation roadmaps and business cases to support decision-making

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or transformation strategy, influencing C-suite executives
• Experience with AI or digital transformation programs and securing executive sponsorship
• Familiarity with contact center technology and ecosystem
• Proven track record in leading cloud migration within CCaaS or enterprise SaaS
• Strong analytical skills to address complex business challenges
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage across diverse business environments and functions
• Proficiency in change management frameworks, operationalized at enterprise scale

Pay

$125,000 – $150,000 annually
