TRANSFORMATION MANAGER-REGIONAL (33157)

Position Summary

This position will work alongside and report to the Regional Vice President. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional leaders to facilitate the execution of strategic projects and transformational initiatives, project tracking and risk mitigation, and performing detailed financial and operational analysis. Success in this role requires a natural propensity for project management, an execution‑oriented mindset, excellent leadership and communication skills (verbal and non‑verbal), and strong analytical abilities.

Essential Functions

• Coordinate, manage, and lead enterprise‑wide projects to support long‑term strategic goals while managing operational and financial performance analytics.
• Develop project plans and monitor project performance.
• Work with cross‑functional stakeholders across the business to ensure successful completion of projects and initiatives.
• Conduct financial and operational analysis to identify opportunities to increase profitability (e.g., increase revenues, reduce costs, improve efficiencies).
• Communicate complex concepts to a broad range of stakeholders, including corporate and field‑level audiences.
• Collaborate with the data and analytics team to develop and manage critical reports and dashboards.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to develop strategic presentations.

Qualifications

• Education: Business‑related undergraduate degree.
• Experience: 10+ years of dynamic business experience; management consulting highly preferred.
• Computer Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to data & analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI); exposure to project management tools (e.g., MS Monday).
• Other Requirements: Position will be 75% remote with periodic travel to the office as needed.
