Transformation Finance Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Transformation Finance Consultant for our manufacturing client on a four-month, fully-remote contract basis.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain PMO tools, financial baselines, and integrated turnaround plans for strategic initiatives.
- Validate initiative impacts, risks, timelines, and dependencies to support execution and decision-making.
- Build P&L and cash flow models to forecast program outcomes and track value realization against targets.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare leadership reporting, and facilitate reviews, deep dives, and issue-resolution workshops.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant PMO experience in manufacturing (preferred).
- Must reside in the continental U.S.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future; verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

Pay
Salary ranges vary by market as follows:
- Colorado: $90,000 – $130,000
- California: $100,000 – $140,000
- New York: $100,000 – $140,000
- Maryland: $95,000 – $135,000 (non-exempt roles eligible for overtime pay at 1.5x hourly rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek)
- Massachusetts: $95,000 – $135,000 (non-exempt roles eligible for overtime pay at 1.5x hourly rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek)
- Illinois: $95,000 – $135,000 (non-exempt/hourly roles eligible for overtime pay at 1.5x hourly rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek)
- New Jersey: $95,000 – $135,000 (non-exempt roles eligible for overtime pay at 1.5x hourly rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek)
- Vermont: $90,000 – $130,000 (non-exempt roles eligible for overtime pay at 1.5x hourly rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek)
- Washington: $100,000 – $140,000 (non-exempt roles eligible for overtime pay at 1.5x hourly rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek)
Total compensation includes salary, group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave. Talent Shift reserves the right to adjust the salary range based on business needs.
