Senior Finance Transformation Consultant

Our client is building a back-office finance function following a carve-out and requires senior consultants to prepare for public company readiness. The program will focus on PMO oversight, regulatory reporting, SOX controls, and establishing sound processes. Work will be primarily remote with some travel to Charlotte. Engagement leadership is coordinated through GT Philadelphia. We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants.

Responsibilities

• Provide PMO oversight for finance transformation activities.
• Design and implement processes to support public company readiness.
• Develop and enhance regulatory reporting capabilities.
• Establish and test SOX controls and documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholder teams and challenge assumptions where appropriate.
• Support change management and operating model adoption.
• Prepare status reporting and risk/issue tracking for leadership.

Requirements

• Senior-level consulting experience in finance transformation or controllership.
• Demonstrated PMO leadership on complex programs.
• Hands-on experience with SOX controls design and testing.
• Background in regulatory reporting for public company environments.
• Proven ability to build sound processes and governance.
• Comfort operating in a primarily remote model with periodic travel to Charlotte.

Qualifications

Education requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree or CPA preferred).

Pay

Rate: $85.00 to $100.00/hr. (w2)
