About the role

We are seeking your feedback to improve our services and ensure we meet your needs as students and alumni. Your input helps us refine our resources, workshops, and guidance to better support your career development.

Why your feedback matters

Feedback is a critical part of growth—for individuals and organizations. Whether you're receiving feedback after an interview or providing it about a service, meaningful input helps identify strengths and areas for improvement. Your perspective can shape how we deliver career support, from CV writing tools to workshops and one-on-one guidance.

How to give meaningful feedback

  • Think why they are asking: Tailor your feedback to the recipient’s needs. Are they seeking actionable improvements or general impressions? For example, if asked about our workshops, focus on whether the content was relevant or the timing convenient.
  • Be honest but kind: Constructive feedback balances truth with tact. Avoid vague praise ("fine") or overly harsh criticism. Instead, highlight what worked and what could be better. For instance, "The CV tool was helpful, but I struggled with the cover letter templates."
  • Be specific: General statements like "it was okay" don’t help. Pinpoint details—e.g., "The interview prep workshop covered common questions, but I’d like more practice on behavioral questions."
  • Be constructive and positive: Even if something fell short, identify what *can* be improved. For example, "The career fair was well-organized, but I wish more tech companies attended."

What we offer

  • A library of online resources for career development.
  • Tools to help you write a strong CV and cover letter.
  • Weekly workshops on topics like interview skills and networking.
  • A free Microsoft certification valued by employers.
  • One-on-one meetings to discuss career choices and strategies.
  • Access to our services for three years post-graduation.

How to share your feedback

We welcome your input on any aspect of our services—what’s working, what’s missing, or how we can improve. Your feedback is anonymous and directly shapes our offerings. Share your thoughts via this link to help us better serve current students and alumni.
