About the role
We are looking for tutors with diverse skill sets to join our team. While this is a full-time, term-time-only position, we will also consider part-time term-time roles for the right candidate.
As part of the delivery team, you will play a key role in developing, coordinating, and delivering accredited and non-accredited learning programmes tailored to our learners' needs. You will create innovative programmes to inspire learners to progress into further learning, training, employment, and volunteering, with a focus on increasing participation among groups traditionally underrepresented in learning.
Own transport between venues is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver accredited and non-accredited learning programmes.
- Coordinate programmes to meet the needs of a diverse range of learners, including vulnerable groups.
- Inspire learners to progress into further learning, training, employment, or volunteering.
- Increase participation among groups with traditionally low engagement in learning.
- Work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
Requirements
- Experience working with a wide range of learners, including vulnerable individuals.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- Experience coordinating programmes (desirable).
- Own transport for travel between venues.

Pay
Salary: £35,412 - £38,220 (Salary Band: £30,001 to £40,000).

Full-time, term-time only. Part-time term-time roles may be considered for the right candidate.
