Transfer & Articulation Evaluator

About the role

The Transfer and Articulation Evaluator at Franklin University reviews student documents, evaluates course work from outside institutions, and works closely with faculty and student affairs staff to ensure appropriate credit is granted.

Responsibilities

• Validates outside institution's accreditation status
• Evaluates course work from outside institutions
• Responds to e-mails from both internal and external customers
• Cross trains on own responsibilities as well as other duties within the department
• Works with faculty, admissions and advising staff, and partnership representatives to determine proper transfer of outside course work
• Evaluate Prior Learning Credit (PLC)
• Update institutional databases regularly
• Document scanning (including E-transcripts)
• Resolve Service Desk tickets
• Evaluate international transcripts

Requirements

• Associate's Degree with Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
• Prior experience in Higher Education
• Familiarity with Colleague student information system
• Proven team player
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to successfully prioritize tasks

Additional Notes

May require extra hours during peak enrollment periods
This role will work an onsite hybrid schedule.
