Transfer Trailer Driver - $7,500 Hiring Bonus!!

Transfer Trailer Drivers safely operate heavy commercial trucks (tractor-trailers, straight trucks with pup trailers, or other Class-A CDL vehicles) to deliver and remove large containers from transfer stations to landfills. Pay ranges from $24.00 to $27.00 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections; report safety issues.
• Operate heavy truck along designated routes, following route sheets and maps to service customers as assigned.
• Interact politely with customers, dispatchers, and others daily; ensure timely, professional service.
• Monitor materials for unacceptable waste; clean accidental spills and adhere to safety standards.
• Maintain vehicle condition to minimize downtime; clean containers and edges on each disposal trip.
• Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand company knowledge.
• Perform additional duties to support company vision, mission, and core values.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid Class A CDL License.
• Two years of prior commercial truck driving experience.
• Physical ability to frequently handle objects over 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Dedication to excellent customer service and teamwork in a collaborative environment.
