Pay
- Hourly rate: $20.00–$24.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Opportunity for tips and overtime
- Annual potential: $40,000–$60,000 per year (including overtime, referral incentives, bonuses, and tips)

Responsibilities
- Move, disassemble, and reassemble furniture and appliances
- Load and unload large items to and from trucks, ensuring safe loading to legal capacity
- Efficiently pack smaller items into boxes, protecting fragile goods
- Unpack items and arrange new spaces according to customer specifications
- Maintain vehicle equipment, including filling the fuel tank and performing general motor vehicle inspections and maintenance via company app
- Follow all state and national safety regulations and standards
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (for driver position) and DOT card (if applicable)
- Clean motor vehicle driving record
- Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
- Ability and prior experience driving a 26 ft box truck, completing logs, and performing inspections
- Must complete all training and requirements to qualify as an Olympia driver
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation to branch location for on-time arrival
- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated professionalism to job and duties
- Authorization to work in the United States for any employer
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background investigation
- Above-average energy, attention to detail, and organization skills
- Ability to lift 50–75+ pounds regularly
- Ability to be on your feet 6 to 10 hours a day
- Team player ready to tackle any challenge
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
