Driver-Mover ($1,800 Sign-On Bonus Opportunity)

Pay

Hourly rate: $21.00–$26.00 per hour (based on experience) with opportunity for tips, overtime, and a $1,800 sign-on bonus.

Annual potential: $40,000–$60,000 per year (including overtime, referral incentives, bonuses, and tips).

Schedule

Full-time and flexible hours. Must be available for early morning dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive truck, crew, and client items following company rules and traffic laws
• Load and unload large items to and from trucks
• Efficiently pack smaller items into boxes, protecting fragile goods
• Unpack items and arrange new spaces according to customer specifications
• Move, disassemble, and reassemble furniture and appliances
• Maintain vehicle equipment: fill gas tank, perform safety inspections, and general maintenance
• Follow all state and national safety regulations, standards, and driving laws

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• At least 1 year of experience driving non-CDL trucks
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• At least 1 year of moving/packing experience
• Ability to lift 50–75+ pounds regularly
• Must be on your feet 6 to 10 hours a day
• Experience driving in urban areas (a plus)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation to branch location
• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background investigation
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
