About the Role
The Transfer Center Specialist is responsible for facilitating patient transfers and consultations, managing assignments of Emergency Department admissions to the Hospital Medicine service, and providing support to all care team members to facilitate timely access to the hospital.
Requirements
- High School degree or GED preferred.
- EMS Certification (does not need to be current) or five years of relevant experience required.
- Microsoft Office, EMR, and TeleTracking experience preferred.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $25.24 to $34.16 per hour. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
