Responsibilities

  • Understand client business needs and market trends to inform strategy
  • Develop and execute integrated go-to-market plans with practice leaders
  • Manage client-centric marketing campaigns focused on strategic priorities
  • Plan and execute conferences and sponsorships to enhance firm visibility
  • Oversee tailored pitch materials and RFP responses for client engagements
  • Champion internal initiatives to enhance marketing processes and data collection
  • Support onboarding of key hires and their client relationships

Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in marketing/business development within professional services
  • Understanding of transactional practices and key industry dynamics
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Experience managing budgets and measuring program ROI
  • Leadership ability with experience in team development and performance management
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
