About the role

The Transactions BD & Marketing Director plays a critical leadership role on the Marketing and Business Development Team, focusing on enhancing the firm’s market profile and client relationships in transactional practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes go-to-market plans aligned with the firm’s Transactions strategy, collaborating with practice and sector leaders.
  • Manages client-centric and data-driven integrated marketing and business development campaigns to deliver results against strategic priorities.
  • Plans and executes high-impact events, conferences, and sponsorships to raise the external profile of the firm’s Transactions practices.
  • Oversees the development of tailored pitches, RFP responses, and client-facing marketing materials that effectively communicate the firm’s Transactions experience and value proposition.
  • Champions internal marketing infrastructure projects to improve how the Transactions team captures and leverages deal experience and client successes.
  • Supports the onboarding and integration of key laterals and their client base.
  • Manages marketing budgets and sponsorship investments for Transactions-related initiatives, ensuring resources are aligned with firm and practice group priorities and deliver a strong ROI.
  • Maintains and measures the results of marketing programs and reports on ROI.

Physical Demands
