Transaction Services Specialist | Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Design realistic scenarios from transaction advisory work, including QoE analyses and valuation models.
• Review AI-generated advisory outputs for analytical accuracy and professional judgment.
• Provide clear written feedback to improve AI performance in transaction and valuation tasks.
• Collaborate asynchronously with the research team.

Core Requirements

• Experience in transaction advisory, corporate development, investment banking, or valuation.
• CPA, ASA, ABV, or CFA certification is a plus for valuation-focused candidates.
• Hands-on ownership of QoE, valuation, or deal models.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
