Responsibilities

• Log into the workflow and process multiple doc types for rental car agency
• Must be able to ask questions when needed
• Meet timeliness and accuracy standards
• Comply with all policies and standards
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Data Entry - Must be able to type 45 WPM
• Have a High School Diploma, or equivalent
• Successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Strong organization skills
• Excellent Time management skills
• Strong customer service mindset with clear, professional communication and the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Able to navigate through multiple windows
• Able to have good work ethic and be self-motivated in WFH environment
• Pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)
• Able to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router

Qualifications

• Live in one of the following states: AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY

Pay

Pay: $14.00 per hour during training/ABC rate after training, which may be below your state's minimum wage.

Schedule

Hours: Two shifts available (7:00 am - 3:00 pm or 2:00 pm - 10:00p pm) with overtime and some Saturdays
