Transaction Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Handle document tracking for a large volume of real estate transactions from listing to close, and/or contract to close, ensuring compliance with brokerage and legal requirements
- Navigate company systems to validate accuracy of compliance and commission records
- Manage and track contract deadlines to ensure all timelines are met
- Provide support to Agents in response to inquiries regarding commission payouts, deductions, and commission calculations
- Collaborate with sales managers and other support teams to offer outstanding support to the agents
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a real estate transaction-processings function, coordination, accounting, or payroll function preferred
- Illinois real estate license required
- Familiarity with standard real estate forms used in Illinois

- Ability to digest detailed contracts and make informed decisions based on content
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of Agent’s contract data
- Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $30.00 - 33.00/hr+; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
Schedule
This position is required to work out of our Lincoln Park, IL (2350 N Lincoln Ave) office one day, every other week, and expected to visit other Chicago offices occasionally for special events.
