Transaction Coordinator
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Notice for California Applicants Los Angeles County Fair Chance Notice" maybe considered legal boilerplate; remove.
We need to preserve all substantive info: mission statement, founded 2012, revolutionizing real estate, location requirement (twice a month at office), role description, responsibilities, what we are looking for (experience, skills, education), compensation (base pay range, bonuses, RSU, benefits), perks list, culture statement maybe part of About the role? Could be separate section like "About Compass" but not in allowed headings. Allowed headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map content accordingly.
We need to decide which sections to include.
- About the role: could include mission, description of role, location requirement, daily interaction, purpose.
- Responsibilities: list of duties: document tracking, ensure contracts processed, manage deadlines, navigate systems, provide support to agents regarding commission, collaborate with sales managers, collaborate with lenders/attorneys/title companies.
- Requirements: maybe "2+ years of experience in a real estate transaction-processing function, coordination, accounting, or payroll function preferred". Also maybe "Ability to digest detailed contracts...". Those could be requirements.
- Qualifications: maybe "B.A. or B.S. degree preferred". Also maybe "Strong written, quantitative, verbal, and presentation skills". But those could be skills.
- Skills: list of skills: strong written, quantitative, verbal, presentation skills; ability to maintain confidentiality; work independently and collaboratively; customer service-oriented; impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving.
- Benefits: list of perks: participation in incentive programs, paid vacation, holidays, sick time, parental leave, recharge leave; medical, tele-health, dental and vision benefits; 401(k); FSAs; commuter program; life and disability insurance; Maven; Carrot; UrbanSitter; Employee Assistance Program; pet insurance.
- Pay: base pay range $32.88-$36.54; bonuses and RSU may be provided; base pay based on market location; minimum wage met.
- Schedule: maybe mention "This position requires working out of the Compass office located at 700 110th Ave NE twice a month." That's schedule/location requirement. Could be Schedule section.
We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must not include duplicated lines. Need to ensure we don't repeat same content.
We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft.

Schedule
This position requires working out of the Compass office located at 700 110th Ave NE twice a month.
Check for any duplicated content: The location appears both in About the role and Schedule; we might want to avoid duplication. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." If we mention location in both sections, it's duplicated. Better to keep location only once. Perhaps put location under Schedule only, and remove from About the role. But About the role currently includes location sentence. We could remove that sentence from About the role to avoid duplication, but then we lose that info if not elsewhere. We have Schedule section with location. So we can drop location from About the role. Thus edit About the role paragraph to exclude the location sentence. Let's rewrite About the role:At Compass, our mission is to help everyone find their place in the world. Founded in 2012, we’re revolutionizing the real estate industry with our end-to-end platform that empowers residential real estate agents to deliver exceptional service to seller and buyer clients. The Transaction Coordinator role involves collaborating within our team to manage all compliance and administrative aspects of the listings, transaction, and commission process. The support our Transaction Coordinators provide allows our Agents to focus on building client relationships and developing their businesses. Our team provides comprehensive support and acts as the central point of contact for all relevant stakeholders, ensuring a smooth closing process.
Now Schedule section includes location. Check for any other duplicated content: The responsibilities list includes collaborating with local lenders, attorneys, title companies; also collaborating with sales managers etc. That's fine. Check for any boilerplate removed: We removed EEO etc. Also removed "Notice for California Applicants Los Angeles County Fair Chance Notice". Good. Check for any placeholders like "commensurate with experience": none. Check for any missing substantive info: The mission statement, founded 2012, revolutionizing, etc. Included. The requirement to work twice a month at office included in Schedule. The responsibilities list includes all bullet points from posting: document tracking, ensure contracts processed, manage deadlines, navigate systems, provide support to agents regarding commission, collaborate with sales managers, collaborate with lenders/attorneys/title companies. Also "From document preparation and deadline tracking to regular updates for all parties to a transaction and submitting deals for payout" - we have document tracking, manage deadlines, but not explicit "regular updates for all parties" and "submitting deals for payout". Might be missing. Let's see if we can incorporate those. Original: "From document preparation and deadline tracking to regular updates for all parties to a transaction and submitting deals for payout, your goal is to facilitate the process for Agents and clients at every stage." So we should add responsibilities: document preparation, regular updates for all parties, submitting deals for payout. We have document tracking (maybe includes preparation). But better to add explicit items. Add to responsibilities:
