This is a mentorship-track role built for someone early in their commercial real estate career who wants real exposure to lease negotiations, tenant relationships, and portfolio strategy — with a clear path toward full portfolio management. You'll work closely with senior leasing and asset management staff across a portfolio of grocery-anchored and retail shopping centers, learning the deal mechanics from the ground up. 💼 What You'll Do Draft, track, and help negotiate retail lease renewals across a portfolio of shopping centersProcess and manage lease assignment and subletting requests from tenantsAnalyze tenant sales reports and occupancy costs to flag risk and opportunityConduct market comp research to support leasing and renewal decisionsCoordinate with property management and legal teams to keep lease files, abstracts, and key dates currentTrack lease expirations, options, and renewal deadlines across the portfolioSupport due diligence and financial analysis on prospective leasing dealsBuild and maintain relationships with tenants, brokers, and internal stakeholdersPrepare reports and presentations summarizing portfolio and deal activity for leadership 🤩 WHY YOU MATTER This role sits right where deals get made — you'll have a direct hand in keeping retail centers leased, tenants happy, and the numbers healthy.
