About the Role
As a Transaction Coordinator, you will manage the quote-to-cash workflow for a high-velocity sales segment. You will be the single point of ownership for the operational layer of deals, including building quotes, managing order forms and termination agreements, handling trial provisioning, and resolving billing and contract questions. This role is essential for improving deal cycle times, reducing friction-related losses, and increasing selling time for the team.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage quotes in Salesforce CPQ for new business, renewals, and consumption migrations.
- Guide order forms, enterprise services agreements, termination agreements, and NDAs through contract management systems from launch to execution.
- Manage the e-signature queue, routing documents to the correct signatory, chasing pending signatures, and maintaining field accuracy.
- Own paired termination and new order form workflows for customers migrating between pricing models.
- Monitor internal communication channels for blocked workflows and proactively unblock them.
- Field and resolve customer questions on pricing, billing, contract terms, and renewal mechanics.
- Manage trial and provisioning operations, including extension requests and issue resolution.
- Triage and own billing escalations through to resolution in coordination with finance and accounting teams.
- Coordinate compliance workflows including security questionnaires and vendor onboarding forms.
- Maintain accurate opportunity data in Salesforce.
- Document process edge cases as they are encountered.
- Build and maintain runbooks for repeatable workflows.
- Identify patterns in process breakdowns and escalate systemic issues with data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve service level agreements and handoffs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, deal desk, order management, or sales support, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (or similar quoting tools) and contract lifecycle management platforms.
- A track record of owning high-volume transactional workflows.
- The instinct to chase a pending approval before being asked.
- Comfort operating in environments where work arrives across many channels.
- Strong written communication, especially the ability to explain contract mechanics and pricing models.
- Commercial instinct to know when a question is transactional versus when it requires escalation to an Account Executive.
- Experience working with legal, finance, and revenue operations teams on contract and billing workflows.
- A process-builder's mindset and the instinct to document recurring workarounds.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles, net terms, MSAs, order forms, and the quote-to-cash motion.
- Adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
- Interest in AI and its operational implications.

- Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plans.
- Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).
