About the role

The Transaction Banking Associate Director will be focused on supporting the development of our next generation Wholesale Banking technology offerings. They will also be responsible for driving business development to originate new client opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Become a trusted advisor for C-suite clients looking to solve critical business problems
  • Define clients' business and technology strategy
  • Re-imagine world-class operating models for Commercial & Corporate Banks
  • Lead Commercial & Corporate Banking systems implementation engagements (requirements, design, test, deployment, etc.)
  • Manage all parts of projects, from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, and execution
  • Source and coordinate work from other internal workforces
  • Drive business development to originate new client opportunities
  • Build your reputation as an industry thought leader

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development
  • Minimum of 10 years of equivalent of commercial banking industry (transaction banking, treasury / cash management) industry experience
  • Demonstratable experience leading a complex, large-scale commercial credit transformation across operating model, technology, and data/AI workstreams
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing relationships with C-suite client executives

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Bonus points if you have:
    • Lanuage new product offerings in the banking industry
    • Implemented next generation analytic capabilities (e.g., predictive, generative, or agentic AI) for commercial banking
    • Experience with additional commercial banking industry platforms
