About the role
You will be a trusted partner to business leaders, working with a diverse team of experts to deliver successful tech-enabled transformation and new kinds of value for your clients. Management Consulting professionals design and implement transformation programs that integrate strategy, technology, and operations to create enterprise value for clients.
Responsibilities
- Become a trusted advisor for C-suite clients looking to solve critical business problems
- Define clients' business and technology strategy
- Re-imagine world-class operating models for Commercial & Corporate Banks
- Lead Commercial & Corporate Banking systems implementation engagements (requirements, design, test, deployment, etc.)
- Manage all parts of projects, from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, and execution
- Source and coordinate work from other internal workforces
- Develop our next generation Wholesale Banking technology offerings
- Drive business development to originate new client opportunities
- Build your reputation as an industry thought leader
- Travel, as required, up to 80%, in the United States and Canada
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development
- Minimum of 10 years of equivalent commercial banking industry (transaction banking, treasury / cash management) experience
- Demonstrable experience leading a complex, large-scale commercial credit transformation across operating model, technology, and data/AI workstreams
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing relationships with C-suite client executives
- A Bachelor's degree

Pay
Compensation varies depending on office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Annual salary ranges by location (U.S.):
- California: $163,000 to $434,000
- Cleveland: $150,900 to $347,200
- Colorado: $163,000 to $375,000
- District of Columbia: $173,500 to $399,300
- Illinois: $150,900 to $375,000
- Maine: $138,800 to $319,400
- Maryland: $163,000 to $375,000
- Massachusetts: $163,000 to $399,300
- Minnesota: $163,000 to $375,000
- New York: $150,900 to $434,000
- New Jersey: $173,500 to $434,000
- Virginia: $150,900 to $399,300
- Washington: $173,500 to $399,300
