Transaction Advisory Services Senior Associate
About the role
The Transaction Advisory Services Senior Associate position at Weaver is designed for individuals with 3+ years of experience in transaction advisory services or financial due diligence, or equivalent professional experience. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of financial statements and transaction cycles, and possess strong business writing and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with financial due diligence projects for clients
- Perform analysis of complex and voluminous information
- Prepare concise reports
- Build analysis from source documents
- Understand the level of quality and deliverable expectations for each client
- Aid in preparing agendas, schedules, and exhibits
- Establish trust with clients and maintain good working relationships
- Identify deal issues and other adjustments impacting reports
- Draft certain portions of client deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA candidate
- Master’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- CPA preferred
- Project Management experience preferred
- Team orientation preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills preferred
