Transaction Advisory Services Senior Associate
About the role

The ideal candidate for this Transaction Advisory Services Senior Associate position will assist with financial due diligence projects for private equity and strategic clients, focusing on areas such as refinancing, acquisitions, and mergers.
Responsibilities
- Assist with financial due diligence projects for clients
- Perform analysis of complex and voluminous information
- Prepare concise reports
- Build analysis from source documents
- Understand client's level of quality and deliverable expectations
- Aid in preparing agendas, schedules, and exhibits
- Establish trust with clients and maintain good working relationships
- Identify deal issues and other adjustments impacting reports
- Draft certain portions of client deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA candidate or CPA with 3+ years of experience in transaction advisory services/financial due diligence, or public accounting
- Thorough understanding of financial statements and advanced understanding of financial reports, transaction cycles, and business processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Project Management experience
- Team orientation and strong interpersonal skills
