Responsibilities

  • Assist with financial due diligence projects for clients
  • Perform analysis of complex and often voluminous information
  • Prepare concise reports
  • Build analysis from source documents
  • Understand the level of quality and deliverable expectations for each client
  • Aid in preparing agendas, schedules, and exhibits
  • Establish trust with the client
  • Maintain good working relationships and communication with client personnel and teammates
  • Identify deal issues and other adjustments impacting reports
  • Draft certain portions of client deliverables

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA candidate
  • 3+ years of experience in transaction advisory services/financial due diligence, or public accounting, or equivalent professional experience
  • Thorough understanding of financial statements
  • Advanced understanding of financial reports, transaction cycles, and business processes

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)
  • CPA (preferred)
  • Ability to mentor and help develop less experienced staff
  • Project Management experience (preferred)
  • Team orientation
  • Strong interpersonal skills
