Tram/Shuttle Driver

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide safe transportation to and from parking areas by driving trams and fifteen passenger vans
• Enforce and inform all safety rules of park to riders
• Obey all traffic laws
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other team members
• Provide superior guest service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner
• Aid customers with questions regarding Ocean Breeze Waterpark
• Follow park policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Provide a valid driver’s license, CDL preferred but not required
• History of safe driving
• Ability to accept guidance and supervision
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to communicate effectively with public, customers, and staff members
• Be aware, attentive, and work well with others
• Work in indoor and shaded outdoor weather conditions while taking precautions, including hydration and sun-protection

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
• Operate trams and fifteen passenger vans during the daytime, nighttime, and in all weather conditions
