About the role

Our Shuttle Drivers play a crucial part in moving, supplying, and providing for America's favorite brands. They ensure that products are delivered safely and efficiently, contributing to the success of our clients in the restaurant, retail, and e-commerce industries.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the rig for defects pre- and post-trip and submit DOT inspection report.
• Ensure that product is secured inside the trailer for undamaged transport.
• Maintain driver log (Manual or PeopleNet) according to DOT regulations.
• May at times perform line haul and/or backhaul.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A)
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor trailer driving experience
• Meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications

Benefits

• Pay Rate: $75,000
• Routes vary
• Start time between 8 am to noon
• Return time 8 pm to 10 pm
